Your measurements stay in your browser. Last updated October 21, 2026.
Calculator inputs
Calculations run on your device. This version does not transmit form measurements to a Roomwise database. When you choose Save project, the input values and result summary are stored in your browser’s local storage. Anyone with access to that browser profile may be able to view them.
Shared links
Copy link puts your calculator settings in the URL query string. Anyone receiving that link can read those measurements and prices. URLs may also appear in browser history and hosting logs. Do not put personal or sensitive information in calculator fields.
Saved projects
You can delete individual saved plans or clear them through browser site settings. Export creates a JSON file on your device. Saved plans do not sync across browsers or devices. Clearing browser data may remove them permanently.
Hosting and communications
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, requested URLs, timestamps, and browser details to deliver and secure the site. We do not control all provider logging or retention. If you email us, your email service and ours process the message and contact details to handle your request.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Roomwise uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and website performance. Cloudflare processes technical data such as page paths, referrers, browser/device information, country-level location and loading performance. We do not send calculator input values or saved projects as custom analytics events. Cloudflare describes this analytics service as using no cookies or local storage to track visitors. See Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. No Google Analytics or advertising scripts are installed, and Roomwise sets no advertising cookies. Hosting may use necessary technologies. We will update this policy and any required consent controls before adding advertising or other tracking.
